• Airport pickup and transfer services

We act as an intermediary connecting you with service providers. While we carefully select our partners, the actual delivery of tours, activities, and car rentals is performed by independent third-party operators.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. For car rental services, additional age requirements may apply based on the rental company's policies.

Paid Services and Fees

matsilmobile is a paid service platform. All services require payment before delivery. Our fees cover:

• Platform access and booking facilitation for tours and car rentals
• Secure payment processing through our trusted payment partner Stripe
• Instant booking confirmations and digital delivery
• eSIM generation, delivery, and technical infrastructure
• Customer support and assistance through our FAQ resources

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once the QR code has been generated. Tours and car rental cancellations are subject to the specific terms of each provider.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking processes
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your bookings in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account

No Guarantee of Service Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or that all services will be available at all times. eSIM coverage depends on local network infrastructure. Tours and car rentals are subject to provider availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the matsilmobile platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of matsilmobile or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

• Delays, cancellations, or modifications to tours or car rental reservations made by third-party providers
• eSIM activation failures, network coverage issues, or device compatibility problems
• Technical failures, system downtime, or data loss
• Losses resulting from user error, incorrect information provided during booking, or failure to follow activation instructions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, though you will retain access to previously purchased eSIMs and confirmed bookings.
