What is an eSIM? An eSIM is a digital SIM card. It works just like a regular SIM card, but it lives inside your phone. STEP 1: ACTIVATE YOUR PURCHASED eSIM 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to My eSIMs → Future eSIMs tab /my-esims?tab=future 3. Find your purchased eSIM 4. Click the Activate button 5. Your QR code will be generated STEP 2: GET YOUR QR CODE 1. Go to My eSIMs → Current eSIMs tab /my-esims?tab=current 2. Find your QR code STEP 3: INSTALL THE eSIM For iPhone: 1. Open Settings 2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data 3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan 4. Point your camera at the QR code 5. Tap Add Cellular Plan when it appears 6. Follow the prompts on screen For Android: 1. Open Settings 2. Find Network, Connections, or Mobile settings 3. Tap SIM manager or Mobile Network 4. Tap Add eSIM or Add mobile plan 5. Point your camera at the QR code 6. Follow the prompts on screen STEP 4: TURN ON YOUR eSIM 1. Turn on Mobile Data for the eSIM 2. Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM Your eSIM will activate automatically when you turn it on.

No. eSIM purchases cannot be refunded. WHY NO REFUNDS: Once we generate your QR code, the eSIM is created for you. We cannot reuse or resell it. IF YOU HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS: 1. Check Your eSIM Status - Log in to your account - Go to My eSIMs → Current eSIMs tab /my-esims?tab=current - Look at your eSIM status and remaining days 2. Try Troubleshooting - Make sure your device supports eSIM - Check that you followed installation steps correctly - Verify Mobile Data and Data Roaming are turned on - Make sure you are in a covered country 3. Complete eSIM Setup Guide Setting up your eSIM has 2 main steps: Step 1: Activate your eSIM (if needed) 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to My eSIMs → Future eSIMs tab /my-esims?tab=future 3. Click Activate on your purchased eSIM 4. This generates your QR code Step 2: Installation (Do this before you travel) 1. Go to My eSIMs → Current eSIMs tab /my-esims?tab=current 2. Find your QR code 3. Make sure you have WiFi connection 4. Open your phone Settings 5. Go to Cellular or Mobile Data 6. Tap Add eSIM 7. Scan your QR code 8. Follow the steps on your screen 9. Keep your regular SIM card active Step 3: Use your eSIM (when you arrive) 1. Turn on your phone 2. Make sure you are in your destination country 3. Your eSIM will activate automatically 4. No. Each QR code works on only one device. WHY IT WORKS THIS WAY: Your QR code locks to the first device where you install it. This is a security feature. IF YOU NEED A NEW DEVICE: You must purchase a new eSIM. This applies if you: - Lost your phone - Got a new phone - Accidentally deleted the eSIM - Want to use a different device IMPORTANT: Do not remove your eSIM unless absolutely necessary. You cannot reinstall the same one.

Go to Network Settings - Click Network & Internet - Click Cellular 3. Add Your eSIM - Click Use a QR code from my mobile operator - Click Add a mobile plan - The Mobile Plans app will open 4. Install the eSIM Option A: Scan QR code using your device camera Option B: Click Enter activation code manually and type in the details from My eSIMs 5. Complete Setup - Follow the instructions on your screen - Wait for installation to finish AFTER INSTALLATION: You can manage your eSIM from Network & Internet settings. Your eSIM is now ready to use.
WARNING: Do not remove your eSIM from your device. WHY YOU SHOULD NOT REMOVE IT: Most eSIMs can only be installed once. If you remove it, you probably cannot get it back. WHAT TO DO INSTEAD: 1. Keep the eSIM on your device 2. You can turn it off when not in use 3. Check My eSIMs /my-esims?tab=current before making any changes IF YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT: - Check your My eSIMs page /my-esims first - Review your options - Visit the FAQ for troubleshooting tips IF YOU ALREADY REMOVED IT: You will likely need to purchase a new eSIM. The old QR code will not work again.

Most rentals operate on a "full-to-full" policy - you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. Some rentals offer prepaid fuel options.
